Additionally, you’ll receive a weekly summary of recommended top candidates and the following information:

• Total candidates sourced in the current week:
• Total applicants (LinkedIn, Indeed, other job boards):
• Average candidate rating based on desired candidate profile and job description: (on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest)

Challenges:

• Any challenges surfacing as we screen candidates such as location, compensation, etc... This information often helps us recalibrate where required.
